До 2017го отдыхал в Обливионе, но примерно с осени того года, подал признаки жизни и выдал на гора новую версию.
Является самым "любимым" и ходовым средством для управления модами на западных сайтах.
Wrye Mash is a general purpose utility for managing and repairing mods and savegames. Currently it is the only tool that systematically prevents doubling. It combines multiple mod-management capabilities making it one of the most strongly recommended utilities for both modders and players.
- отмечался баг! терпеть не может русские имена и названия. Ни в файлах, ни в текстурах. Заваливает установку, или упаковку мода.
(возможно поправили в новой версии).
- умеет ставить моды из 7зип архивов.
- Включает в себя функционал множества других утилит.

Wrye Mash is a mod manager created by Wrye.
It helps to maintain Load Order, Clean/Repair Saves, prevent Doubling and many more.
You can get Wrye Mash from Nexus. It requires Python package. Alternatively, there is Standalone version from Melchor.
Melchor's version can be installed anywhere which is useful if you have multiple installations.
Also there is Yacoby's Fork of Wrye Mash. This version includes Mlox and TES3cmd support.

Это незаменимая утилита для тех, кто хочет ставить много плагинов сразу, да так, чтобы они при этом работали правильно и не выдавали кучу ошибок. Конечно, глобальных конфликтов не устранить, но большинство самых базовых и не очень ошибок можно красиво избежать.
Эта программа очень популярна в западном TES-сообществе.
Для работы требуется Python 2.5 или 2.4 (другие версии не подходят!).
При наличии проблем с запуском может понадобиться wxPython 2.8.0.1 для Python 2.5.
